GCSE Statistics

Over the last few years a lot of teachers have requested a library of resources for GCSE Statistics. I finally made one! I haven't taught this qualification in full but I revised it this year with my Year 11 Further Maths option class. Now I'm starting to get to grips with the specification, and given the increasing number of schools delivering this qualification, it seems like a good time to organise all the available resources.

My GCSE Statistics Resource Library is similar to the other resource libraries that I have for Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 - it links to free resources which are listed by topic. The purpose of these libraries is to save teachers time when planning lessons - it reduces the need to trawl through the internet.

To avoid duplication, my GCSE Statistics Resource Library only includes topics that do not appear in GCSE Maths. For crossover topics like averages, probability, histograms and capture recapture, see my original Data Resource Library.

Huge thanks to all individuals and organisations who generously share free teaching resources. If you know of any good resources for GCSE Statistics that you think I should add to the resource library, or if you find any broken links, please get in touch. There are some topics where there's not much available (e.g. cumulative step polygons, standardised scores, crude rates) so if you're considering making some resources, these are the topics to focus on.
