Webinar: Planning for September

As I mentioned in my post about Warm Up Booklets, I will be hosting a webinar for NQT and RQT maths teachers at 11am and 2pm on 24th August. This webinar is being run by The Mathematical Association (the oldest subject association in the world! - I am very proud to be a trustee). The webinar is free, but there are limited spaces, so please book now to reserve your space (please ignore the irrelevant fields on the booking form - such as dietary requirements - this is a free online event and is available to all).

Please spread the word to teachers who you think might be interested (it's not exclusively for NQTs and RQTs, but that's the main audience I have in mind).

See you there!

UPDATE: both the 11am and 2pm webinars are now fully booked! If you missed out on a space, a recording will be available on the MA website.

  4. Hi Jo, I hope you are well. I booked the webinar the one at 2:00pm. The problem is that the Leeds City College system is down and because of this I can't receive any email. Could you please send me the link of the webinar in my personal email. Thanks so much

  9. Hi.Just watch your webinar. Really useful even for me who is just starting PGCE next week. I would like to ask if you have a diary/planner that you carry around in your box or you do have a digital planner instead.
    Thank you

    1. Hi. I'm really glad it was useful. Most teachers do use a paper diary or planner, so you're right - they might put this in their lesson box. Schools usually provide a planner for each teacher. Some teachers use a digital version like iDoceo on an iPad. I'm a bit unusual - I don't use either (I have my own custom way of planning for the weeks ahead!).
